2. Use of the website

This website presents VELORA's private transfer, tour, hourly chauffeur, VIP and concierge services in Crete. By using it you agree to these terms. You must not misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Bookings and quotes

Requests sent through the site are not binding until VELORA confirms them in writing (email or WhatsApp) with the agreed price. Prices are fixed per transfer as confirmed. Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible; specific terms are given in your confirmation.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We moderate reviews before publication and may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated.

5. Intellectual property

The VELORA name, logo, texts and photos belong to VELORA or are used under licence and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors. VELORA is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, weather or flight/ferry changes beyond its control.

7. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chania have jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
