2. Data we collect

Booking and contact requests: name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off details, dates, number of passengers and any message you send.

Reviews: name, email (never published), country, service used, rating and comment.

Technical data: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) without advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis (GDPR art. 6)

To answer requests and perform transfer/tour bookings — performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

To publish moderated reviews and protect the site — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics or marketing cookies — only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

Data is processed by our hosting, database and email providers acting as processors under the GDPR. We never sell your data. Data may be shared with authorities only where required by law.

5. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as required by Greek tax and accounting law. Contact requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Reviews remain until you ask for removal.

6. Cookies

Strictly necessary: language preference, cookie choice and admin login session — stored in your browser, no consent required.

Analytics and marketing: used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We support Google Consent Mode v2: by default all analytics and advertising storage is denied.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Your rights
